Back-up care

Back-up care offers a high quality, subsidized solution when your regular care is unavailable. School closed? Caregiver sick? Senior recovering from a fall? Our flexible care options for kids, seniors, and pets let you find the right care, whether through our network or using a preferred caregiver.

Teammates are eligible for seven days of child, adult, and pet care. There is a $6 per hour copay for in-home care and a $15 per day per child copay for center-based care.

Return-to-work care

Going back to work post-leave can be overwhelming, but you have extra back-up care to use in your child's first year. Visit the benefits section on the back-up care site to learn more. An additional five days of back-up care are available to those with children up to 12 months old. Back-up care copays apply.

More services

You can exchange backup care day for:

• 30 minutes of one-on-one guidance about college admissions, or one short essay review
• Three hours of one-on-one tutoring for students from kindergarten through college, or one and a half hours of test preparation
• A $150 credit for pet care from Rover, a network of pet sitters, walkers, and boarders

For each backup care service day exchanged, one day will be deducted from the annual allotment.
