GuidanceResources is available to all Truist teammates and their household members. It can connect you to a local specialist or professional in your area. You're entitled to five free sessions.

Confidential emotional support

Our highly trained clinicians will listen to your concerns and help you or your family members with any issues, including:

• Anxiety, depression, or stress
• Grief, loss, and life adjustments
• Relationship/marital conflicts

GuidanceResources offers five sessions per issue per year.

On-site mental health services

Truist teammates in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina and Virginia can meet with licensed behavioral health specialists for confidential, free counseling sessions, virtually or in person.

Although our on-site health centers with these specialists are located only in Atlanta, Charlotte Uptown, Orlando, and Richmond, behavioral health services are offered virtually to all Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia teammates.

Fitness for stress relief

Mental and physical well-being go hand in hand, so you might want to take advantage of the services and resources of Truist Fitness.

You’ll get access to mindfulness practices, live mind and body group exercise classes, and well-being resources.
