Retiree benefits eligibility

Normal retirement Early retirement
Age 65 or older with at least five years of continuous service Age 55 or older with at least 10 years of continuous service
Note: To be eligible for Truist Retiree Life Insurance, you must have 10 years of continuous service. Note: If you retire early, your monthly pension payments will be less than they would be if you retire at 65. See pension information for what to consider.
