Truist’s on-site health centers provide services to all teammates who live or work in select states.

Teammates can meet with advanced medical health care providers to create a personalized plan to support their well-being—whether they’re managing a chronic condition, working toward weight-loss goals, or getting help for a cold.

We have health centers in multiple locations, and any teammate can visit one in person. If you live in a state with a health center, you can also use virtual services. Teammates in some other states may be eligible for select virtual services.

Please bring your driver's license or official ID, insurance card, and method of payment to your appointment.

Services vary by location. Check with your local health center to confirm services and fees.

Preventive care and fees

Many preventive services are provided at no cost. (Kaiser members aren't eligible for preventive services in Truist Health Centers.)

*Body composition assessments are included with all in-person preventive visits (annual physicals and well-women exams), nutrition visits, chronic disease management, and Lose It for Life group weight management classes, or can be scheduled as a standalone 15-minute visit at no charge.

Non-preventive services incur a charge based on your insurance plan. These include:
