What to know about enrolling in 2026 benefits

When can I enroll?

Annual enrollment in 2026 benefits is Nov. 1 - 17.

If you don’t actively enroll, you’ll have the same benefits elections you had for 2025 (except for vacation purchase).

Who is eligible to enroll?

Teammates who are scheduled for 20+ hours are eligible to enroll in Truist benefits.

Teammates who are scheduled for 20+ hours are eligible to enroll in Truist benefits.

You also can enroll your eligible dependents:

  • Legal spouse
  • Domestic partner
  • Children, stepchildren, adopted children, children for whom you have legal guardianship and your domestic partner’s children up to age 26 (a dependent child’s eligibility will end at the end of the month in which the child turns 26)
  • Children age 26 or older who are permanently and totally disabled, and who were disabled before age 26
