Community well-being is about bringing our purpose of building better lives and communities to life. By supporting organizations, individuals, and causes, we are making a difference. Your engagement gives you a deep, gratifying sense of purpose and belonging. 

At Truist, it’s about being committed to the communities we serve with our time, talents, and treasures. This is done through efforts like the United Way workplace giving campaign, the Lighthouse Project, and volunteerism with civic and charitable organizations.

• With the United Way campaign(opens in a new tab), teammates can give through payroll deduction, by credit card, gifts of stock, and direct donations.
• The Lighthouse Project(opens in a new tab) is another great way to give back! During a specific execution timeframe, volunteer and use corporate funding to support the greatest needs in your community. All Truist teammates can participate.
• The Seeds of Hope (PDF) program highlights unique opportunities to volunteer and help your community virtually.
