At Truist, we're proud of our teammates who achieve important service milestones. Teammates receive service award recognition on their fifth service anniversary and every five years thereafter. View the Truist Time Off Guide (PDF)

Eligibility

All regular teammates of Truist and its subsidiaries and affiliates with scheduled weekly hours in Workday of at least 20 hours per week are eligible to receive service recognition.
